‘Emotions in Motion’ is our monthly group for neuro-divergent kids (under 12) living with anxiety and/or depression. 

The focus is on recognition and management of emotions by increasing motion and  helping kids to communicate more effectively when feeling overwhelmed. 

There are 3 new groups run per calendar year 

 Jan-April

May - Aug

Sept-Dec

The sessions are run on the second fourth Thursday of each month from  6:00-7:15pm.

’Amazing  Connection;  A  Couples  Guide  to  Communication  &  Intimacy’  is  facilitated  by  2  therapists  (one  of  whom certified as a sex therapy informed professional and one who  specializes  in perinatal mental health).  

This  workshop  is  for  ANY  couple  wanting  to  learn  and  be  provided  with  tools  and  tips  to  improve  communication;  leading  to  more  meaningful   emotional   and  sexual  connection

There  are  2  workshops  run  per  calendar year.

Sara can provide in depth ADHD screening through various assessment tools to complete an overall assessment.  

 The assessment is 3hrs of in person consults (split into two sessions), whereby past history is gathered and assessments are conducted and 1 hour of networking with and report writing to your providers. 

Recommendations are written and provided to  your medical professional within a week of your last appointment. At this point they may provide you a diagnosis.

The fee for the complete ADHD screening, assessment & recommendations is 600$.
