We recognize talking about difficult things can be challenging and strive to create a safe, neutral environment that fosters trust and compassion.    

 Each office has a hammock, comfy couches and dimmable lights that clients can set to their preferred brightness. We are also located across a park, with a beautiful walking path which allows us to engage in non traditional counselling methods (i.e. walk and talk therapy).  

Our clinic is located in Regina allowing residents of Regina and surrounding areas to attend in person. 

As we service the Prairies (Saskatchewan, Manitoba & Alberta); this allows us to offer virtual services (video or phone) to anyone residing in those provinces.
